All products sold through CortexHQ are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the content is accessed or downloaded.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on digital products unless otherwise stated for a specific product or unless a critical technical issue prevents access to the purchased item.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have a valid case for a refund, such as duplicate charges or access failure, please email us at info@cortexhq.tech with your order details.

4. Unauthorized Use

If we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests and take further action to protect our assets.

5. Gumroad & Third-Party Purchases

If your purchase was made via Gumroad or another platform, refer to their refund policies as they may apply instead of or in addition to ours.
